1. Scope of Services
Prime Guard Thermal LLC provides professional home improvement services specializing in attic insulation, spray foam, air sealing, and energy audits for residential properties across Texas. Our services are performed by licensed professionals and include a thorough assessment of your home's thermal performance before any installation begins.
2. Product Warranties
We stand behind the quality of our insulation products. All materials used come with standard manufacturer warranties. Additionally, Prime Guard Thermal provides a limited workmanship warranty of one year from the date of completion. This ensures that every upgrade we install meets the highest standards of energy efficiency and durability.
3. Site Preparation & Access
The homeowner is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work areas, particularly attics and crawl spaces. We request that personal items be moved away from access points prior to our arrival. Our team will take all precautions to protect your home's interior, including the use of drop cloths and protective barriers during the installation process.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Estimates provided are valid for 30 days. A deposit may be required to secure your service date. Cancellation by the homeowner must occur at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a restocking fee. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the agreed-upon work, unless alternative financing has been arranged.
5. Liability & Governing Law
Prime Guard Thermal LLC maintains full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from our services will be settled through mediation in Dallas County, TX. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that home energy improvements are a partnership in long-term efficiency.
